Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Construction team at Kier Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing resources, implementing policies, and promoting our values to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects with values up to £80m, ensuring timely completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Resource Management: Oversee resources, including personnel, finance, and physical assets, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Policies and Procedures: Implement Kier Group's policies, including SHE, Quality, and Risk Management, to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree/HND in a building or engineering-related discipline, and a project management qualification.
- Experience: Proven track record as a team leader with organizational skills and the ability to drive results.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
