Senior Project Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Construction team in Loughton, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resources (people, finance, and physical assets) to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the required quality, while maximizing customer satisfaction and gross profit.
- Implement Kier Group's policies, including SHE, Quality, and risk management.
- Promote Kier Group's values to meet or exceed customer expectations and achieve the vision of becoming the most respected company in the industry.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing multi-phase projects with a value of up to £80m.
- Degree/HND in a building/engineering related discipline, and a project management qualification.
- Proven team leadership skills, organizational abilities, and relationship maintenance with internal and external stakeholders.
