Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at Kier Group. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects within the Custodial, Residential, and Commercial Sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preconstruction phase against programme in readiness for the construction phase.
  • Manage operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Implement the project plan and ensure compliance with the contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage a multi-discipline team to deliver against client expectations.
  • Timely and accurate reporting on progress to the client.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical and operational credentials within tier 1 construction sectors.
  • Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and resources.
  • Ability to manage senior teams.
  • Delivery of similar schemes.
