We are seeking a Pre-Construction Project Leader to become an integral part of our project team.
Location: Flexible working arrangements available, with occasional travel required.
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
As the Pre-Construction Project Leader, you will oversee the pre-construction team for designated projects from the initial stages through to contract award. Your role will involve managing the comprehensive solution, coordinating all aspects of the pre-construction team to produce high-quality proposals that align with both client expectations and Kier Group standards.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Managing assigned pre-construction personnel for specific projects.
- Overseeing pre-construction activities from initial concept through tendering and Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to contract award.
- Implementing Performance Excellence processes within the pre-construction phase, including bid governance.
- Upholding the Kier Golden Rules throughout the project lifecycle during pre-construction.
- Collaborating with the business development team to pinpoint tender opportunities and strategies for success.
Qualifications:
