We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planner to join our project team at BuildMyTalent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in the London Region across a wide range of projects with values from £5m to £100m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing and managing fully integrated programmes incorporating all disciplines (i.e. design, commercial, construction) based on output rates and benchmarking, with sufficient time risk allowances, terminal float/buffer to contractual completions and agreement with trade packages.
  • Reviewing subcontractor programme/logistics information including their compliance with contract conditions.
  • Promoting the wellbeing of your team and ensuring that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds, and experience is actively encouraged and achieved.
  • Input to weekly/fortnightly project team progress reports and BI dashboard.
  • Construction planning experience gained within the main contractor environment.
  • Construction-related academic qualification (BSc, HNC/D etc.).
  • Experienced in the use of planning techniques and the required planning toolsets.
  • An understanding of various forms of tender documents, contract documents, and specifications including JCT, NEC, or bespoke forms of Construction Contracts.

Requirements
