Facade Operations Director

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the company, including project planning, financial management, and client negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the company, including project planning, financial management, and client negotiation.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead a team of operations staff to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with the pre-construction team to produce site set-up, methodology of works, and compliance from the main contractor's perspective.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management and project management.
- Expertise in project planning, financial management, and client negotiation.
- Experience in façades, cladding remediation, SFS, window installation, and curtain walling.
- Essential skills in contracting management and client negotiation.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary between £90,000-£110,000 plus package.
