Facade Operations Director

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of a family-run business specializing in facades, cladding, fire barrier, and A2 FR on residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement project planning and financial management strategies.
- Collaborate with the pre-construction team to produce site set-up, methodology of works, and compliance from the main contractor's perspective.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in operations management and project management.
- Expertise in project planning and financial management.
- Experience in facades, cladding remediation, SFS, window installation, and curtain walling.
- Strong contracting management and client negotiation skills.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary between £90,000-£110,000 plus package.
