We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Higgins Group, a leading developer in urban regeneration, residential, social housing, and education. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, Commercial Director, and Regional Directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Collate, process, and distribute documentation for monthly Regional Review meetings and Board Reports, as well as produce and distribute meeting minutes.
- Process invoices, raise orders, and collate regional staff allocations and expenses claims for submission to the Payroll Department.
- Monitor and update Contracts in Progress documents, Site Address and Telephone Lists, and upload to the document management system.
- Assist the Legal Services and Completed Contracts team with input into Bonds records, Completed Costs records, and other administrative tasks.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Good level of IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Adaptable and flexible to new tasks and responsibilities.
