Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 (plus benefits)

Work Type: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite in either Nairn or Inverness)

Position Overview

The PMO plays a crucial role within the Engagement Management Community at 83zero Limited. Our team provides essential administrative assistance to Engagement Managers, primarily focusing on Projects and Programmes. This support encompasses various functions, from process establishment and governance to straightforward assistance, allowing Engagement Managers to concentrate on intricate delivery challenges. Our team operates across the UK and India, featuring a diverse range of skill sets, from generalists to specialists. We prioritize deploying our team members in chargeable roles, fostering an environment conducive to skill development and career advancement within the Engagement Management community. We also offer a Mentoring scheme designed to equip our team members with the necessary tools to navigate diverse situations encountered during their assignments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as part of the PMO Team, reporting to a PMO Manager based on the assigned role.
  • Deliver back-office support across multiple projects, working closely with engagement managers and project managers.
  • Engage in all PMO functions, including financial oversight and project planning.
  • Benefit from a work environment that promotes skill enhancement and career progression.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with some experience in finance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in PMO roles is essential.
  • Proactive mindset, capable of functioning effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Adaptable to various detailed tasks as required.

Security Clearance Requirements

To be considered for this position, obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance is mandatory. Candidates must have continuously resided in the United Kingdom for the past five years, along with meeting other criteria and requirements.

During the recruitment process, applicants will be asked questions regarding their eligibility for security clearance, including but not limited to residency and nationality.

Some positions may be restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, citizenship inquiries may arise during the application process.
