Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including reports and presentations.
  • Scheduling and Diary Management: Organize and maintain diaries, make appointments, and ensure seamless coordination of meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Data Entry and Management: Maintain and update databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Office Coordination: Ensure the efficient running of the office, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Meeting Support: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
