Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A solid history of managing and directing BIM operations.
  • Experience in formulating and executing BIM strategies, workflows, and standards to guarantee projects are delivered with utmost quality, precision, and efficiency.
  • A background in mentoring team members in the use of Revit and other BIM-related software, tools, and methodologies.
  • The ability to identify opportunities for process enhancements, innovations, and technological improvements to boost BIM capabilities and project results.
  • Relevant educational qualifications and credentials.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in BIM management and execution.
  • Advanced skills in Revit and other BIM software, including data management, scheduling, view templates, and the creation of Revit families.
  • Essential skills: Revit, Autodesk Suite, Point Cloud Registration Software.
  • Familiarity with data capture technologies and processing.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with project teams to develop, manage, and sustain BIM models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing Revit/BIM support to project teams and technicians, assisting in troubleshooting specific project challenges.
  • Contributing to the development of BIM Execution Plans.
  • Creating 3D dimensional models necessary for drawing preparation, clash reporting, and presentations in accordance with project LOD requirements and modeling standards.
  • Developing Structural 3D models in coordination with Architectural 3D models.
  • Extracting 3D models for clash analysis and schedule reviews.
  • Coordinating BIM coordination and clash detection meetings for ongoing projects.
  • Regularly monitoring and reporting on BIM implementation, performance, and objectives to senior management.
