About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our in-house Digitisation team in Inverness. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and guidance to our Quality Assurance, Design, and Project teams on all BIM-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client BIM requirements and ensure they are met in full.
  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans.
  • Conduct regular Model Review exercises.
  • Prepare and circulate reports on BIM performance.
  • Design and implement BIM management processes and templates for projects.
  • Research and trial new tools to enhance our Design/BIM process.
  • Attend client project meetings to provide BIM expertise.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of ISO:19650 and UK building construction fundamentals.
  • Experience in design procedures and BIM software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A good working knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360, Revit, and Navisworks Manage is desirable.
  • UK driving license.
