We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding organisation seeking a skilled professional to join their team in a key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle LCL Import shipments for airfreight and seafreight, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve queries and provide updates.
  • Raise invoices and internal files, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
  • Process supplier invoices, ensuring prompt payment and reconciliation.
  • Communicate with Shipping lines, hauliers, and depots to coordinate collections and deliveries.
  • Ensure all customer deadlines are met, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up after deliveries to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a freight forwarding environment.
  • Proven experience handling LCL import shipments, with a strong understanding of airfreight and seafreight operations.
  • Familiarity with CNS, Destin8, or Multi-freight systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
