About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of People to join our team at Quantexa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to design and execute people strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
  • Lead the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent, enhancing our employer brand and recruitment processes.
  • Oversee the Head of People Operations to build and maintain efficient people processes, ensure compliance, and optimize people systems and our partnering framework.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee relations issues, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Drive Learning & Development initiatives to create impactful training programs and leadership development initiatives that foster continuous learning and growth.
  • Lead and develop your People team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Develop and monitor People metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of People strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports to the CPO.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in implementing advanced HR practices, with a demonstrated history of success in leadership roles within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to roll-your-sleeves up when needed.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, project and change management skills.
  • An obsession for efficient and effective process creation, management and continuous improvement.
