You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping. You will also provide front-line support to patients and families, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Respond to patient and family queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist with the coordination of patient care, including arranging appointments and communicating with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and administrative data.
- Provide cover for absence across all services and locations, as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good standard of education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
