**Job Title**:Project Administrator

**Location**:Based between The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, Harlow | Essex | CM20 1QZ. NHSP Office, 1st Floor, Kao2 Park, London Road, Harlow, Essex, CM17 9NA.

**Hours**:37.5 Monday to Friday (Hybrid TBD)

**Contract Type**:Temporary, the position will be for up to 6 months. Band 4, £13.50ph

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
1. The administration of meetings as required by the programme, ensuring the preparation of high-quality presentation material, taking and transcribing of minutes, compiling action lists and monitoring of the actions, collation and distribution of the agenda and papers, room bookings and organising catering if required.

2. The EHR staffing roster logging annual leave requests, absences, ensuring that the roster is accurate and finalised in a timely manner.

3. Induction planning for new team members

4. Ensuring that the programme governance is always followed in order to deliver the outcomes including meetings structures are supported by agreed Terms of Reference, clear scope, defined governance, agendas, action notes, plans, issues and risk logs, and other underpinning documentation.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
1. At least 2-years’ experience minuting meetings and managing your own diary

2. At least 2-years’ experience of working in an Executive assistant style role or equivalent.

3. Ability to work effectively with mínimal or no supervision

4. At least 2-years’ experience using Microsoft Office in a working capacity.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience_
