Key Responsibilities:

  • Customized Learning: Design and implement lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with special educational needs (SEN), utilizing a variety of instructional strategies and resources.
  • Evaluation: Conduct ongoing assessments to gauge students' strengths and areas for improvement, modifying teaching approaches as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external specialists to develop and execute tailored access plans for students with SEN.
  • Inclusive Atmosphere: Create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment that fosters a sense of belonging for all learners.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and interventions in the SEN field, applying this knowledge to enhance educational experiences.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain regular and open communication with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting students with SEN.
