Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and small group assistance to students with SEN and autism.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant with SEN and autism students, ideally in a secondary school context.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in SEN, autism support, or related fields (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, Autism Awareness certification).
  • Strong comprehension of SEN and autism, including effective support strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to assisting students with SEN and autism.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
