EMEA Channel Manager

As a key player in our sales organization, the EMEA Channel Manager will lead a dynamic team focused on establishing and nurturing partnerships across the region. At JFrog, we are committed to transforming the DevOps landscape, empowering organizations to innovate and thrive in a fast-paced digital world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a high-performing partner management team in the EMEA region.
  • Drive channel revenue growth by effectively recruiting, onboarding, and managing JFrog's channel partners.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and success.
  • Establish methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to optimize team efficiency and exceed performance targets.
  • Recruit, train, and refine a team of partner managers and Partner Development Representatives (PDRs).
  • Create comprehensive onboarding materials and processes for new team members.
  • Define and implement systems and tools to facilitate team operations.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and metrics visibility to stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and energetic team environment.
  • Develop ongoing training and enablement programs for team members.
  • Implement mechanisms for continuous performance improvement and quota achievement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the leadership team to assess progress and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably within SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record as a self-motivated sales leader.
  • Experience working in a high-energy sales development team environment.
  • A passionate and innovative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong capability to cultivate a performance-driven culture focused on metrics.
  • Experience in channel partner management and outbound sales is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level clients.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technically proficient and adaptable.
