Strategic Partnership Manager EMEA

Orchestry Software is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. As a leading Microsoft ISV, we develop innovative SaaS products that empower organizations to effectively manage Microsoft 365.
We believe in the power of strategic partnerships to enhance our reach and impact in the market. In this role, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Recruit New Partners: Actively identify and recruit new strategic partners in the EMEA region to drive revenue growth and customer success.
- Nurture Existing Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success.
- Collaborate on Business Planning: Collaborate with partners on joint business planning, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities to maximize the potential of our partnerships.
- Develop Business Plans: Develop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Provide Input on Product Roadmap: Provide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trends.
- Monitor Partner Landscape: Continuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners.
- Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Results-Driven: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
