About the Role

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Commerce Partnerships Team in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering innovation through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy aimed at accelerating the growth of our ecosystem in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts, including both shorter-term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing marketing products, especially those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology.
  • Prospect and consult with developers across EMEA to build an innovative partner ecosystem.
  • Be the strategic advisor to the partner's business growth to accelerate long-term revenue and future-proof the strategic direction of the partner.
Requirements
  • 8 years of client-facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales.
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives in close partnership with cross-functional teams and drive execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong functional relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Self-starter, proven ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and focus on key priorities.
  • Experience in using data to come up with executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working in scaled account management or marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of Meta's product suite, innovation, technology, and online marketing.
