About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our team at Intelligent Change. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across our Amazon channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximise product performance and drive sales growth on Amazon
  • Manage and track the performance of our products across all marketplaces, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Optimise content listings to improve page rank, SEO, and sales, including keyword and competitor analysis, product title and description enhancement, and visual asset creation
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to achieve set KPIs
  • Execute marketing deals, promotions, and coupons, and report back on key metrics
  • Conduct market research, voice of the customer analysis, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Track and analyse marketplaces performance and operating metrics, including sales, profitability, account health, feedback performance, and shipping performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and success on Amazon
Requirements
  • Proven track record of growing sales and profitability on Amazon, with a minimum of 3 years of experience running an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment
  • Experience running high volumes of SKUs and managing multiple marketplaces
  • Background in consumer goods and office products industries preferred
  • Social media and marketing skills desired
