Team Overview
The Inside Sales division is currently seeking an Operations Administrator for a fixed-term engagement. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey, managing pre-sales tasks such as pricing proposals, sales quotes, and inquiries related to sales.
We collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, operational units, and expert services, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and pricing tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate a seamless order process for one of our key clients, ensuring prompt pricing and outstanding customer service. Manage order coordination from initial inquiry to final delivery. Generate and dispatch order confirmations to clients. Verify the accuracy of incoming requests. Provide comprehensive customer service for assigned orders, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders (clients, sales, and third-party suppliers). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and high service standards. Review order backlogs on a daily basis. Conduct data validation to maintain data integrity.Required Qualifications
