The Inside Sales division is seeking an Operations Administrator for a fixed-term contract. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Our team is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey, managing pre-sales functions such as pricing for bids, sales quotations, and handling inquiries related to sales.
We collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, operations, and expert services, to ensure tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate a seamless order process for our prestigious clients, ensuring prompt pricing and outstanding customer service. Manage order coordination from initial inquiry to finalization. Generate and dispatch order confirmations to clients. Verify the accuracy of requests received. Provide comprehensive customer service for assigned orders, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and high service standards. Monitor and review order backlogs daily. Conduct data validation to maintain data integrity.Required Qualifications
