Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized administrative assistant to join our team at NHS Scotland. As an administrative assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
