Position Overview:
We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Elementary Education Facilitator to join our dynamic team at AK Teaching Limited. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to make a significant impact in the educational journey of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Elementary Education Facilitator, you will work closely with the lead educator to provide essential support to students in Key Stage 1 and 2. Your primary focus will be to:

  • Deliver tailored assistance to students requiring additional help, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of personalized educational strategies.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Level 2 qualification in Teaching Assistance or an equivalent credential.
  • A valid DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in a teaching support role is advantageous.
