Job Title: Regional Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Team Manager to join our team at CPM, representing Samsung. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, brand advocacy, and achieving successful mystery shopping results in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of In-store Promoters to ensure delivery of set targets and retain outstanding team members.
  • Be the first point of contact for Store Promoters, escalating queries as necessary and holding weekly meetings to share expectations and priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop new starters through a 12-month onboarding program.
  • Drive team performance to achieve Retail excellence, ensuring in-store display compliance and maximizing Samsung and retailer-led promotions.
  • Collaborate with the training team to address opportunities and development needs to drive sales and mystery shop performance.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a proactive, positive mindset.
  • Keen interest in technology.
  • Previous experience in managing a field team.
  • Strong planning and organization skills with a sound understanding of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to focus on multiple targets and ensure their timely completion.
