We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team at The Thrive Team Limited. As a key member of our manufacturing production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to manufacture products within required timescales and to the correct quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Manage and minimize overtime to deliver projects within target costing.
- Ensure effective handover between shifts, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
- Motivate and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying training requirements.
- Ensure risk assessments are in place and maintained, adhering to Health & Safety policies.
- Ensure correct asset care and operation of equipment, working closely with Engineering and planning teams.
- Maintain a high level of workplace organization and housekeeping, leading by example.
- Carry out root cause analysis on quality concerns, implementing countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Previous experience in team leadership, with an ILM level 3 qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Knowledge of plating and welding, ERP systems, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Flexible approach, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Opportunities for day and night shifts, with overtime premium paid.
- 25 days holidays per year + Bank Holidays.
