Hydrock, now Stantec, is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Director to spearhead our strategic expansion in the North East and Yorkshire region. This pivotal role will be instrumental in solidifying our market presence and propelling growth within key sectors.

As Regional Director, you'll play a vital part in shaping Hydrock's future success by:

Driving Business Development & Sales Success
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive regional business plan aligned with company KPIs.
  • Leading the charge in securing new projects across diverse client portfolios.
  • Identifying emerging growth sectors and devising targeted initiatives to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers and expanding our network within the region.
Fostering a Thriving Team Culture
  • Championing collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to foster innovation and excellence.
  • Ensuring ongoing education and awareness of new service lines and initiatives within the regional team.
  • Actively participating in recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion that values every individual's contributions.
Elevating Hydrock's Brand Presence
  • Implementing strategic events and public relations programs to enhance our brand visibility within the region.
  • Representing Hydrock at industry committees and associations to build strategic partnerships.
  • Positioning Hydrock for recognition through awards and collaborations that showcase our expertise.
Contributing to Business Growth & Development
  • Actively participating in Steering Groups and Project Teams to provide valuable insights and guidance.
  • Mentoring future talent within the organization and providing market feedback to support growth initiatives.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities and contributing to the overall strategic direction of Hydrock.
