Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director to lead our business development efforts in the North East and Yorkshire region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing and implementing regional business plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve strategic growth objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-disciplinary projects and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and develop regional teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement company-wide strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven track record of business development and leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of the built environment sector and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within the region
