About the Role:
Children North East is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Development Lead to support the Operational Development Director in driving the organization's growth and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal voice offers to engage with babies, children, young people, and families.
- Support the development, implementation, and sales of training packages across the North East through an online platform.
- Conduct research on potential new areas of work, identifying current issues and trends affecting babies, children, and young people.
- Drive forward current work across the North East region, collaborating with the Operations Director and Operational Development Director.
- Work with the Policy team to influence and drive forward policy and campaign work.
- Establish project targets and KPIs to ensure focused development work aligns with the organization's strategic vision.
Requirements:
- Strong business development and growth management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
