Job Title: Regional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team at Edinburgh Bicycle Cooperative. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading our branch in Newcastle, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage branch operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
