Regional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for delivering the ICE vision, core purpose, and objectives in the region. This will involve ensuring the effective implementation of the ICE Plan, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and raising the profile of civil and infrastructure engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the ICE Plan in the North East and Yorkshire & Humber regions, focusing on member engagement, knowledge sharing, and regional infrastructure policy.
- Oversee and deliver high-quality regional events that promote the ICE vision and objectives.
- Build strong relationships with local government, industry, and academia to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent relationship building, communication, and influencing skills at a senior level.
- Experience in project management and event delivery.

- A competitive salary of £60,000, plus a £6,000 car allowance.
