About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to join our team at Children North East. As a key member of our operational development team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward our current work across the North East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our internal voice offer to babies, children, young people, and families we work with.
  • Support the Operational Development Director in researching new areas of work, scoping current issues, and trends affecting babies, children, and young people.
  • Work alongside the Operations Development Director and Policy team to influence and drive forward our policy and campaign work.
  • Develop and deliver training packages through our new online platform, providing in-house and external training to organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Development Director to ensure our development work is aligned with the strategic vision of the organization.
