**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Development Lead to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving our strategic growth and operational development, working closely with our Operational Development Director to ensure our current and future strategies align with our ambitions.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and grow our external participation, consultation, and research work, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Lead the development of our internal voice offer, ensuring that our services are tailored to meet the needs of the babies, children, young people, and families we serve.
• Support the development, implementation, and sales of our training offer across the North East, leveraging our new online platform to provide in-house and packaged training to organizations.
• Collaborate with the Operational Development Director to conduct thorough research on potential new areas of work, identifying current issues and trends that affect babies, children, and young people.
• Drive forward our current work across the North East region, working closely with the Operations Director and Operational Development Director to ensure seamless execution.
• Work alongside the Policy team to influence and drive forward our policy and campaign work, ensuring that our development work is informed by the latest research and best practices.
• Develop and implement project targets and KPIs to ensure that our development work is focused, driven, and aligned with our strategic vision.
