Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Regional Director to lead our business development efforts in the North East and Yorkshire region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing and implementing regional business plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve strategic growth objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-disciplinary projects and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and develop regional teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement company-wide strategies
  • Represent Hydrock in regional business communities and associations

Requirements

  • Proven track record of business development and leadership experience in the built environment sector
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships
  • Ability to analyze market and financial data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
