Regional Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our North East and Yorkshire region, driving profitable growth and delivering strategic objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business plans, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and identifying local growth sectors and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver winning work across a diverse range of clients.
  • Identify local growth sectors, markets, and trends, and develop initiatives to target them.
  • Monitor financials, dependencies, issues, and needs at a regional level, and initiate actions to address variances.
  • Inform the Executive Board about strategic market developments and business improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong network of industry contacts across the region.
  • Experience in sourcing and winning new work across a range of projects and sectors.
  • Recognised and respected built environment leading practitioner.
  • Experience in leading teams to achieve successful client engagement and profitable growth.
  • Competent in analysing market and financial data to aid strategic decision making.
