Children North East is a leading children's charity in the North East region, working to ensure that all babies, children, and young people are happy, healthy, and resilient. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to support our Operational Development Director in driving our strategic vision forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement our internal voice offer to engage with babies, children, young people, and families.
- Support the development, implementation, and sales of our training offer across the North East through a new online platform.
- Conduct thorough research on potential new areas of work, identifying current issues and trends affecting babies, children, and young people.
- Drive forward our current work across the North East region, working closely with the Operations Director and Operational Development Director.
- Collaborate with the Policy team to influence and drive forward our policy and campaign work.
- Establish project targets and KPIs to ensure our development work is focused and driven by our strategic vision.
About the Role:
This is a key position in developing current, new, and future services, supporting the Operations Development Director to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will ensure the income, safety, and quality of our services are delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements:
Applicants should have a strong background in development and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. A deep understanding of the North East region and its communities is essential.
