Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow our external participation, consultation, and research work, ensuring a strong presence in the community and a deep understanding of the needs of our stakeholders.
- Lead the development of our internal voice offer, providing a platform for babies, children, young people, and families to share their experiences and perspectives.
- Support the development, implementation, and sales of our training offer across the North East, leveraging our expertise to enhance the skills and knowledge of organizations and individuals.
- Collaborate with the Operational Development Director to conduct thorough research on potential new areas of work, identifying current issues and trends that impact the lives of babies, children, and young people.
- Drive forward our current work across the North East region, working closely with the Operations Director and Operational Development Director to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Contribute to the development of our policy and campaign work, working closely with the Policy team to influence and drive forward our advocacy efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the children's charity sector, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. You will also need to be passionate about the mission and values of Children North East and committed to delivering high-quality results.
