Regional Development Lead

Children North East is a leading children's charity in the North East region, dedicated to supporting the well-being of babies, children, and young people. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow our external participation, consultation, and research work, ensuring a strong presence in the North East region.
- Lead the development of our internal voice offer, providing a platform for babies, children, young people, and families to share their experiences and perspectives.
- Support the Operational Development Director in conducting thorough research on potential new areas of work, identifying current issues and trends affecting babies, children, and young people.
- Drive forward our current work across the North East region, collaborating with the Operations Director and Operational Development Director to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Work alongside the Policy team to influence and drive forward our policy and campaign work, ensuring a strong voice for the organization.
As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our current, new, and future services, supporting the Operations Development Director to meet their full potential. You will ensure the income, safety, and quality of our services are delivered to the highest standards.
