Job Title: Regional Development Lead

Children North East is a leading children's charity that serves the North East region, with a presence in England, Wales, and Scotland. Our mission is to support babies, children, and young people in achieving their full potential.

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, expansion, and innovation across the North East region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operational development, strategic planning, and partnership building. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing regional development strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and other organizations
  • Leading research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborating with the Operations Development Director to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional development strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Lead research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborate with the Operations Development Director to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
