Job Title: Regional Development Lead

Children North East is a leading children's charity in the North East region, working to ensure all babies, children, and young people are happy, healthy, and valued.

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to support our Operational Development Director in driving our current and future strategies, ensuring we meet our ambitions.

The successful candidate will take a lead in developing our internal voice offer, supporting the development and implementation of our training offer, and working alongside our Operations Development Director to conduct thorough research on potential new areas of work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing our internal voice offer to babies, children, young people, and families
  • Supporting the development and implementation of our training offer across the North East
  • Conducting research on potential new areas of work with the Operations Development Director
  • Driving forward our current work across the North East region
  • Working with the Policy team to influence and drive forward our policy and campaign work

This role will hold a key position in developing current, new, and future services, supporting the Operations Development Director to meet their full potential, and ensuring the income, safety, and quality of our services are delivered to the highest standards.
