Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team at The Thrive Team Limited. As a key member of our manufacturing production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to manufacture products within required timescales and to the correct quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Manage and minimize overtime to deliver projects within target costing.
  • Ensure effective handover between shifts, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Motivate and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying training requirements.
  • Ensure risk assessments are in place and maintained, adhering to Health & Safety policies.
  • Ensure correct asset care and operation of equipment, working closely with Engineering and planning teams.
  • Maintain a high level of workplace organization and housekeeping, leading by example.
  • Carry out root cause analysis on quality concerns, implementing countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in team leadership, with an ILM level 3 qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of plating and welding, ERP systems, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Flexible approach, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
