Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Industry Administrator to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Team: Assist the sales team in achieving targets and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Manage Sales Enquiries: Distribute sales enquiries to staff and manage the absent consultants' sales desk and all correspondence with clients.
  • Quality Control: Monitor standards of administration on bookings, check booking confirmations, and ensure 100% accuracy of work.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the training of new staff and quality control the general administration work of the teams.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain sales office resources, liaise with internal departments and external suppliers, and attend product training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Travel Experience: You will have travelled independently to Australia and have a great knowledge and passion for this destination.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administration role is essential.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field would be advantageous.
