Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Administrator to join our team at Medivet Group. As a key member of our Regional Operations team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our Regional Operation Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of our divisions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Rota Management: Create and publish rotas, including building base rotas and managing day-to-day changes, using Excel or the Quinyx system.
  2. Locum Management: Process locum bookings accurately, logging approved reasons and IR35 evaluations.
  3. Sickness Management: Take daily sick calls, log sickness on Quinyx, inform RODs, and find cover for shifts as needed.
  4. Absence Management: Manage absence, share information with RODs, and ensure absence policy triggers are followed.
  5. Travel and Meetings: Travel to practices and meetings as required.
  6. Leave Management: Support with annual leave booking and bank holiday rota management.
  7. Time and Attendance: Ensure accurate Time and Attendance reports are uploaded for payroll processing.
  8. CPD Support: Assist with CPD requests.
  9. General Administration: Perform general admin tasks, such as organizing meetings, taking minutes, and collating data.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with RODs and other team members.
  • Previous experience with rota management systems is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license is advantageous.
