As a key member of the Medtronic team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient order, dispatch, and stock administration for replacement belt clips, loans, and repair cases handled by Product Support.
A Day in the Life
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely replenishment ordering to maintain a seamless supply chain.
• Perform database cleaning and maintenance tasks to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and send scheduled written communications to new and existing customers in line with defined engagement plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, capturing minor changes as needed.
• Respond to internal phone or email queries with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Handle inbound overflow calls routed from Product Support during peak demand times, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle returning products and booking collections, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
Must Haves
• Proven strong administrative and self-organisation skills, with a focus on persistence and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbally and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• A demonstrable record of high performance on compliance with defined financial, administrative, and contact handling procedures.
• Flexible attitude, comfortable switching between admin tasks and handling overflow calls routed from Product Support.
• Competent in using a variety of IT systems and programs, including MS Office, SAP, and CRM.
