Administrative Support Specialist

A key role has become available within our Specialist lending operation, offering a unique opportunity to support the CEO and contribute to the business's growth.
The Role
- Manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring they are briefed before all meetings and appointments.
- Provide critical support to the CEO, handling paperwork, and managing important documents.
- Schedule and organize meetings, visits, and events.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including sending contracts and other essential documents.
- Assist with meeting secretariat duties, preparing board packs and agendas.
- Contribute fresh ideas to drive business development and improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience as a PA or EA, preferably in Financial Services, Lending, or Banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- A professional, empathetic, and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas and a confident, professional demeanor.
