As a key member of our Enra Specialist Finance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our staff.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Troubleshoot IT-related problems, from software to hardware, including laptops, mobiles, and printers.
  • Administer Active Directory, creating user accounts, resetting passwords, and creating groups.
  • Maintain an Asset Database and track changes.
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to senior team members.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service for all support queries.
  • Arrange for external technical support when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Windows and Mac Operating Systems support.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • User and Security Group Active Directory administration.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent thinker with a 'can-do' mentality.
