Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to employees across the UK, handling a wide range of HR queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, including benefits and policies.
  2. Respond to queries through our HR helpdesk system, ensuring that all interactions are handled in accordance with company values and best HR practice.
  3. Collaborate with other teams, such as HR Business Partners, HR Data specialists, Payroll, Pension, Occupational Health, Car Fleet, Resourcing, and Rewards & Benefits teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation in line with HR procedures.
  5. Manage the new starter and on-boarding process through our recruitment portal.
  6. Generate contracts, coordinate with other teams to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained, and process changes to employee rewards and benefits packages.
  7. Participate in projects as requested, focusing on continuous improvement to our HR service.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in an HR environment.
  2. Proven ability to handle HR queries and provide effective support.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Salary: Up to £32,000 + excellent benefits

Location: Watford, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
