HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Resourcing4HR. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in delivering administrative processes and ensuring excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR and Training related administrative processes with a focus on attention to detail and ownership of delivery.
  • Support the wider employee base by participating in Charity Champion, Wellbeing Champion, and DEI activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum education to A level standard.
  • CIPD level 3 or equivalent by experience.
  • Proven experience as an Administrator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines calmly.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
